CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Cancellations and other changes may be made online or by email to conferences-www@mit.edu. 

Refunds for workshop cancellations received in writing by April 22, 2025 at 11:59PM EDT will be granted less a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after April 22. No refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being used. All refunds will be made in US dollars and issued to the credit card that was used to make the payment.

Individuals are solely responsible for making and cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations. Please remember that cancelling or changing your workshop registration will not automatically cancel or change any hotel and travel arrangements you may have made.  MIT takes no responsibility for any damages, costs, or losses, should you cancel or change your conference registration, or should the 2025 US Transport Task Force Workshop be cancelled, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
